What is the best way for Narendra Modi's government to abolish Article 370?

To abolish article 370 Modi needs 2/3rd support of both loksabha and rajyasabha. If the indian parliament will support NDA constitutional amendment as per article 368 can be made and article 370 can be removed from indian constitution.
